Students also learn the best questions to ask their interviewers.
Part 3 focuses on behavioral interview skills. The 7 video lectures cover questions on teamwork, leadership, conflict, problem-solving, work ethic, and failure.
The final part gives students a playbook for common challenges. In 11 videos, students learn how to combat things like being a new graduate, transitioning from the military into a civilian career, interviewing with English as a second language, and much more.
Throughout the course, students participate in mock sessions as well. While these practice interviews are not live, the program’s AI system simulates the real experience.
